Gardens on Stone

Lower Patio Area

The basic  idea was to eliminate the grassy area out the back  door while trying to make the space feel secluded.

Stamped concrete surrounded by spirea, holly, yews, and mugo pines. Pink dogwoods were used for vertical interest. Turf stone was used as a path above the smaller pond with azaleas and Austrian pines in the bed.

An Eastern redbug was used as the main anchor tree in the near bed. White vinyl lattice was used to build a dividing fence and arbor.
